1. Legal Entity

This Platform “InternsPro” is owned and operated by eGenAI Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Nature of Platform (VERY IMPORTANT)

InternsPro is a technology platform that enables interaction between students, employers, and partners. The Company does not act as an employer, recruiter, agent, or academic institution.

3. User Categories

The platform includes:

  • Students
  • Employers
  • Partners (referral/onboarding agents)

Each category is bound by these Terms.

4. Student Obligations

Students agree to:

  • Provide accurate academic and personal details
  • Upload genuine documents only
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Strict Clause: Any submission of fake information, forged certificates, or misleading data shall result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

5. Internship Access Pass (Premium Membership)

Definition: The Internship Access Pass is a paid feature that allows students to apply for internships.

Terms:

  • Validity: 12 months from date of purchase
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Access-based product (not outcome-based)
Critical Legal Clause: The Internship Access Pass grants access to apply for opportunities and does not guarantee selection, response, interview, stipend, or employment.

6. Internship Application & Employer Interaction

The Company does not control or influence employer decisions. The Company is not responsible for:

  • Internship selection or rejection
  • Stipend/payment issues
  • Internship quality or working conditions
  • Employer misconduct
Risk Protection Clause: Any dispute between student and employer must be resolved directly between them.

7. Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to:

  • Provide accurate internship details
  • Avoid misleading or fraudulent listings
  • Comply with applicable labour and employment laws
Strict Clause: The Company reserves the right to remove or block any employer without notice if found violating policies.

8. Partner Program Terms

Partners (agents) agree to onboard genuine students only, not to make false promises (e.g., job guarantee), and not to misrepresent the platform.

Commission Clause: Commission is based on successful paid onboarding. Company reserves the right to modify commission structure.

Strict Clause: Any fraudulent onboarding or manipulation of data will result in termination and forfeiture of earnings.

9. Courses & Academic Projects

Courses: Skill development only. No job guarantee.

Academic Projects: Provided for guidance/support. Student is responsible for submission, university compliance, and plagiarism rules.

Legal Clause: The Company is not liable for academic rejection or disciplinary action by institutions.

10. Digital ID Card & QR System

Provided for professional identification. Must not be misused or shared unlawfully.

Clause: Misuse of Digital ID for fraudulent or illegal purposes will result in legal action.

11. Data Usage & Visibility

Students agree that their profile may be visible to employers, resume data may be accessed via QR code, and data may be used for recruitment purposes.

12. Fraud & Misuse Policy

Strictly prohibited: Fake accounts, multiple account creation, payment fraud / chargebacks, data scraping.

Enforcement: Immediate suspension, legal action, permanent ban.
